Coach Angel wanted a marketing funnel to celebrate her birthday and engage her Instagram followers by offering free recipes. The funnel was set up to automatically respond to Instagram comments and collect email addresses for recipe distribution.

Phase 1: Initial Setup

1. Landing Pages Creation:

Developed two landing pages on the Wix platform. The first landing page encouraged users to comment "happy birthday" on Coach Angel’s Instagram post. The second landing page was a lead generation page with a form to collect first names and email addresses.

2. ManyChat Integration:

Configured ManyChat to auto-respond to Instagram post comments with a direct message. The direct message included a link to the lead generation page.

3. Email Collection and Automation:

Collected email addresses via the form on the lead generation page. Integrated Wix Email Marketing to manage the collected email addresses. Set up automation in Wix Email Marketing to send out recipe links to the subscribers.

Phase 2: Self-Service Process Setup

Coach Angel wanted a streamlined process she could manage independently for future campaigns.

The setup included:

1. Instagram Content Posting:

- Instructions for Coach Angel to post content on Instagram with a specific keyword for followers to comment.

2. ManyChat Automation:

- Guided Coach Angel to update the ManyChat automation for new Instagram posts and keywords.

- Steps: ManyChat ➡ Automation ➡ Free Recipe Lead Generation ➡ Update Instagram Post and Keyword.

3. MailerLite Integration:

Set up MailerLite for email marketing automation instead of Wix. Created a Zap using Zapier to integrate ManyChat with MailerLite for seamless email list updates. Developed a new email list and automation process in MailerLite. 3. Process Flow for Coach Angel: Instagram Post: Coach Angel posts content with the keyword. ManyChat Automation: Followers comment with the keyword, triggering ManyChat to collect their first name and email. MailerLite Automation: Collected emails are added to MailerLite via Zapier. Email Distribution: MailerLite sends out emails with recipe links to the subscribers. Client Perspective Workflow Instagram Post: Followers see Coach Angel's post and comment with the specified keyword. ManyChat Response: Followers receive an automated message asking for their first name and email. Email Collection: Followers provide their details. Email Receipt: Followers receive an email with the recipe links. This setup allows Coach Angel to independently manage future marketing campaigns by updating content in ManyChat and MailerLite as needed.
